Lisa 17/03/2023 I cannot recommend Durden and Hunt enough. From valuation, to exchanging the team at Hornchurch have been with me every step of the way. Matthew Clarke led his team, specifically Jordan through a year of negotiations and hard work to allow me to move forward. They never gave up and I can honestly say the whole team have been professional but also really personable and easy to deal with. I must add the icing on cake for the whole process was their sales progress manager - Amanda, she put her heart and sole into making this sale finally come to fruition, her hard work and dedication is second to none. Thank you all for not giving up.

Sam 09/03/2023 Second time round with D&H, the process for buying and selling in the UK is by no means easy BUT I felt I had these guys with me every step of the way and that they were on the ball and gunning for the successful outcome, which after many months, the guys at D&H delivered on. Just moved in and settled, so NO intention to move any time soon again, but if/when I do, I'll be straight on the phone to Alex, Amanda, and the gang. Cheers guys. We got there!

(if it isn’t a record it must be pretty close). A huge thank you to the whole team Amanda, Ellis, Jason and Louisa. Lisa 20/02/2023 I cannot recommend Durden & Hunt (Ongar Branch) highly enough. We were originally on the market with a well established local agent for several weeks, with hardly any viewings. We switched to D&H, and had several viewings in the first couple of days alone. They sold for us just one week later!! Special thanks to James Gibbon & Ross Chimes who really went over and above their duty to make the sales progression run smoothly. If I could give 7 stars out of 5 I most definitely would. Abigail 18/11/2022 We've only just started the viewing process but I did want to give a shout out to the wonderful George Davis - charming, very knowledgeable, a lateral thinker, who let us take time to view a property and then put a lot of work into researching background detail to answer our questions. Highly recommended.
