As we approach the spring selling season, it seems there is a significant increase in seller activity whilst potential buyers are gearing up to execute their plans for moving. As such the number of potential buyers inquiring about available homes has increased by 8% compared to the previous year, with a notable 11% rise of newly listed properties by sellers.*
If you’re thinking of moving and are curious to know how much your home is worth getting an instant online valuation is a good place to start or, if you’d like to also better understand the local market and outlook, why not book a free, no obligation in person valuation with one of our Durden and Hunt experts.
