Holding Deposit: An amount equal to one week’s rent, credited towards your first rental payment upon completion of the tenancy.

Traditional Deposit (annual rent less than £50,000): Equivalent to five weeks’ rent.

Traditional Deposit (annual rent £50,000 or more): Equivalent to six weeks’ rent.

Change of Sharer: £50 for referencing and preparation of a new tenancy agreement, or reasonable costs if higher.

Bank Charges: No fee for UK bank transfers; £30 per payment for overseas transfers.

Late, Unpaid or Returned Rent Payments: Interest charged at 4% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily.

Lost Keys: Charged at the cost of replacement.
